Job summary

Perfection Food Group Pty Ltd – Botany NSW is seeking a Production Assistant/Kitchen Hand to join our ice cream and cake manufacturing team. You’ll help produce, package, and prepare high-quality frozen desserts while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys teamwork, physical work, and a busy production environment. Monday to Friday role 7am start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, factory work or restaurants preferred.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and packaging of ice cream products
• Operate and monitor factory equipment and production lines
• Prepare ingredients and materials for daily production runs
• Conduct quality checks on products and packaging
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the facility
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Support warehouse and dispatch activities as required
