Job summary

LardAss Butter in Ocean Grove is seeking a Dairy Production Team Member for a casual part-time role. You’ll be hands-on in the production area, handling and packing dairy products, with early start and end times (7am–4pm, Monday to Friday).

You will report to the Production Team Leader and contribute to clean, compliant, and efficient operation, including logs, audits, and teamwork to meet targets. Prior dairy experience helps but is not essential.

• Certificate in food processing.
• Completion of secondary level studies.

Dairy Production Team Member – Casual Part-Time

This is a hands-on dairy production role at LardAss Butter, a small family-run business making cultured butter and other dairy products in small batches in Ocean Grove. You'll be involved in the making, handling, packing and preparation of dairy products. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the role combines the need for an excellent eye for detail and a willingness to get your hands dirty and get the job done, including cleaning and sanitisation of the production area, reporting, ordering, and all necessary auditing procedures required within a dairy food manufacturing facility. Early starts and early finishes, with hours approximately 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
