Pro Identity Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with at least five years of hands-on delivery in enterprise IAM. You will lead design and implementation across platforms such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, One Identity or Saviynt.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and end-to-end IAM capabilities including lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IAM consulting experience.
• Experience with SailPoint ISC, Ping Identity, One Identity, or Saviynt.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorisation, RBAC/ABAC, and federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell or Python).
• Strong documentation and solution design skills; relevant IAM certifications preferred; PAM experience a bonus.
• Australian Citizenship required; existing security clearance preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with a minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience delivering enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in one or more leading IAM platforms, such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, One Identity and/or Saviynt, and a proven track record of delivering IAM projects in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
