Job summary

luvo Talent seeks a hands-on IAM Technical Lead to support a large client account in Australia. This permanent role combines technical leadership (non-people management) with deep hands-on support across IAM platforms.

You will drive design validation, incident management, RCA and runbooks, acting as SME for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, PAM onboarding, and authentication workflows while delivering reliable access provisioning and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and security tooling.
• Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle, access provisioning and MFA workflows.
• Experience in production support for critical security services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for IAM platforms (no people management).

We are looking for a hands-on IAM Technical Lead to support a large client account. This role focuses on technical leadership (non-people management) combined with strong hands-on operational support across IAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for IAM platforms (no people management responsibility)
• Drive solution design validation, troubleshooting support, and technical governance
• Act as escalation point for complex IAM issues and integrations
• Work hands-on on incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
• Perform deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Support access provisioning issues, PAM onboarding, and integration failures
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational stability
• Lead and actively participate in priority incident calls
• Provide technical ownership during Major Incident Management (MIM)
• Support real-time mitigation and post-incident RCA activities
• Act as SME for CyberArk PAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements
• Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management
• Support audit, compliance, and remediation activities

Required Skills (Must Have)

Core IAM & Authentication Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Radiator RADIUS Server
• RSA Authentication Manager

Operational & Support Expertise

• ITIL Knowledge
• Proven experience in L3/L4 support and problem ticket resolution as an Individual Contributor
• Strong capability in incident handling, RCA, and system troubleshooting
• Experience in production support environments for critical security services

IAM Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
• Identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)
• Access provisioning & de-provisioning
• Authentication and MFA workflows
• RBAC / governance concepts
