Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Melbourne seeks an experienced Project Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IAM initiatives across enterprise-scale infrastructure.

You will drive governance, regulatory compliance, and large-scale application onboarding, coordinating with cyber risk, audit teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transition into BAU.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex tech, cyber security, or IAM programs.
• Hands-on delivery across IAM domains: IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, RBAC.
• Experience onboarding large applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of IAM projects spanning IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO and RBAC.
• Drive scalable application onboarding programs aligned with identity controls.
• Governance and regulatory alignment with APRA CPS 234 CPS 230 and PCI requirements.
• Stakeholder and vendor management to transition projects into BAU.
