Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IAM programs. You will coordinate IAM engineering, business, network and technology teams, ensuring governance and on-time outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates have 8-12+ years in IT project management with enterprise IAM implementation or transformation experience, and strong knowledge of IAM concepts, with SailPoint preferred and Privilege Access

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM experience, including SailPoint and Privilege Access Management.
• 8-12+ years in IT project/program management with enterprise IAM delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation to BAU.
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and governance.
• Manage multiple IAM workstreams and coordinate technical and business teams.
• Ensure on-scope, on-time, within-budget, quality delivery.
• Identify risks/issues/dependencies and drive resolution.
• Establish governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
