Job summary

Berendsen Fluid Power, Inc. is seeking an engineering project coordinator to drive hydraulic projects from enquiry through installation and commissioning at sites across Australia.

You will work with Engineering to understand requirements, prepare quotations and tenders, and coordinate activities to deliver agreed scope. You'll review drawings, assess quotations, and manage procurement, planning and site travel to bring projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Accurate estimating and technical project documentation.
• Planning to manage schedules, procurement and milestones.
• Understanding how scope changes affect project costs and delivery.
• Willingness to travel across Australia for site activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates and quotations covering components, materials, labour, subcontract services and freight.
• Review technical drawings and tender specifications with Engineering; clarify scope and risks.
• Assess supplier and subcontractor quotations for pricing, lead times and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, schedules and milestones; ensure alignment with approved scope.
• Maintain customer communication and track project costs, variations and documentation through to handover.
• Attend customer sites to oversee installation and commissioning across Australia.
