Job summary

The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Melbourne is seeking a Workplace Relations Consultant to deliver high‑quality consulting on workplace relations and employment legislation, including advisory sessions and training. You will join a team of HR professionals and ER consultants with flexible and hybrid working options.

Contribute to wage audits, enterprise agreements, compliance investigations, and related advisory services while supporting Victorian businesses and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace relations and employment legislation.
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality consulting services on workplace relations and employment legislation to members, customers and clients.
• Deliver verbal and written advice and conduct training/information sessions.
• Assist with wage and condition audits, modern award interpretation and enterprise agreement matters.
• Represent clients in Fair Work Commission matters and provide best-practice solutions to complex issues.
• Support the WPR Advice Line team and provide training presentations as required.
