Qualifications

• Experience in Workplace Management, Facilities Management, or Corporate Real Estate in Australia.
• Vendor governance including SLAs/KPIs, and MBR/QBR processes.
• Proven project delivery of office buildouts, moves, or space optimization.
• Ability to lead as IC while guiding external partner teams across sites (Sydney, Melbourne).
• Experience designing employee engagement activities and managing site hospitality programs.
• Understanding of WHS regulations, leasing principles, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across Sydney and Melbourne offices to ensure safe, seamless workplaces.
• Lead outsourced IFM partner teams with clear direction and operational oversight.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; coordinate Monthly Management Reviews (MMR/MBR) and QBRs.
• Support CRE strategy: landlord management, lease administration, space utilization, occupancy planning.
• Plan and deliver workplace capital projects: fit-outs, reconfigurations, minor works, tech integrations.
