Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate leader to oversee operations across Sydney and Melbourne, lead IFM partners, and drive space planning for a hybrid work model.

You will manage capital projects, budgets, and vendor relations while ensuring WHS compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, HR, Security, Finance and EHS teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Workplace/Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate in Australia.
• Experience governing IFM provider agreements, SLAs/KPIs, and MBR/QBR processes.
• Proven ability to deliver office buildouts and workspace optimization projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to operate as an IC while guiding external partner teams across Sydney and Melbourne.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of Australian WHS regulations and commercial leasing principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across Sydney and Melbourne.
• Lead and manage outsourced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partner teams with clear direction and oversight.
• Monitor, measure, and enforce IFM SLAs and KPIs; co-lead MMR/MBR & QBRs.
• Support CRE strategy including lease administration, space utilization, and occupancy planning.
• Analyze office utilization metrics to optimize layout and hybrid work enablement.
• Plan and execute workplace capital projects: fit-outs, reconfigurations, and technology integrations.
• Manage full project lifecycles: scope, budget, procurement, scheduling, change management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and design guidelines.
• Serve as operational liaison to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conceptualize and deliver employee morale events and site activations.
• Oversee OPEX/CAPEX budgets, invoices, and vendor renewals, ensuring WHS compliance.
