Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a senior Facilities/CRE professional to lead day‑to‑day operations across Sydney and Melbourne. The role focuses on IFM governance, space optimization, and capital workplace projects within an enterprise environment.

You will partner with IT, HR, Security, Finance, and EHS to drive safe, cost‑effective, and high‑quality workplace experiences across our Australian offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Workplace/Facilities Management in Australia.
• Experience governing IFM provider agreements, SLAs, KPIs, and MBR/QBR processes.
• Proven track record delivering office buildouts, moves, and space optimization projects.
• Capable IC with leadership oversight to external partner teams across multiple sites (Sydney & Melbourne).
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of Australian WHS regulations, leasing principles, and financial budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across Sydney and Melbourne offices.
• Lead outsourced IFM teams with clear direction and oversight.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Support CRE strategy including lease administration and space utilization.
• Plan and deliver workplace capital projects and office refreshes.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and design guidelines.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams (IT, HR, Security, Finance, EHS).
• Plan employee morale events and manage site amenities and hospitality standards.
