Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned Facilities & Operations leader to oversee Sydney and Melbourne offices, driving IFM governance, space planning, and workplace projects. You will partner with senior leadership and external vendors to deliver safe, high-performing workplaces that enable hybrid work and exceptional employee experiences.

In this role you will manage budgets, ensure WHS compliance, and lead cross-functional teams across IT, HR, Security, and Finance to optimize real estate

Qualifications

• 5+ years' progressive experience in Workplace/Facilities Management or CRE in Australia.
• Governing IFM providers, SLAs, KPIs, and MBR/QBR cycles.
• Experience delivering office buildouts, moves, and space optimization.
• Ability to lead as IC while guiding external partner teams.
• Knowledge of WHS regulations and leasing principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across Sydney and Melbourne offices.
• Lead and manage outsourced IFM partner teams with clear direction and oversight.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance through MMR/QBR processes.
• Support CRE strategy: lease administration, space utilization, occupancy planning.
• Plan and execute workplace capital projects and ensure governance and safety compliance.
• Liaise with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on site updates and real estate shifts.
