Dynatrace, a global leader in observability, is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to support our hybrid Sydney office. You will partner with the global People & Culture team to create an engaging, inclusive environment and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations for a diverse, multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Office Management or a similar role.
• Experience partnering with teams across several countries.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Readiness to take on new responsibilities and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive associate programs and culture, reinforcing Dynatrace values.
• Be an ambassador for the local hybrid community and nurture relationships.
• Deliver exceptional event experiences in collaboration with global teams.
• Plan and execute events with stakeholders across the org.
• Be a cultural ambassador at the front desk and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a vibrant, functional Dynatrace office environment.
• Update the Workplace Experience information hub (SharePoint).
• Create outstanding onboarding experiences and integrate new hires.
