Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking a Workforce Management Advisor to optimize Dayforce scheduling, rostering, time and attendance, and timesheet processes across the business. You will partner with Planners, Schedulers, People Leaders, Payroll, P&C, and HR Systems teams to enhance payroll readiness and workforce compliance.

In this role, you’ll build workforce capability, deliver targeted training, and embed consistent scheduling and time and attendance practices to improve payroll accuracy and employee

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR, Employment Relations or equivalent experience in workforce management, rostering, scheduling, payroll operations, HR operations, workforce systems, or time and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Planners, Schedulers and People Leaders on Dayforce scheduling, timesheets, leave, overtime, allowances, callouts, and payroll readiness.
