East Coast Resourcing Ltd (ECR) in Sydney's Liverpool area is seeking a Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant with deep Dayforce expertise to lead complex deployments from discovery through go-live.

In this client-facing role you will design scalable workforce solutions, configure advanced WFM functionality, and guide organizations through successful deployment, training, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dayforce WFM implementation experience.
• Proven success leading complex full lifecycle WFM implementations.
• Advanced configuration expertise across Dayforce modules.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and complex scheduling environments.
• Experience working with unionised workforces and multi-site organizations.
• Exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align workforce policies and scheduling practices.
• Configure and optimize Time Calculation Rules, Advanced Scheduling, Job Costing & Labor Allocation, Time Clocks & Punch Policies.
• Design solutions that support complex labor compliance requirements including overtime regulations.
• Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Provide client training, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior consultants.

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant with deep Dayforce Workforce Management expertise to lead complex implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing scalable workforce solutions, configuring advanced WFM functionality, and guiding organizations through successful deployment.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end complex Dayforce WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align workforce policies, scheduling practices, and compliance needs
• Configure and optimize:
• Time Calculation Rules
• Advanced Scheduling
• Job Costing & Labor Allocation
• Time Clocks & Punch Policies
• Time Entry Imports and Time Import Wizard
• Design solutions that support complex labor compliance requirements, including overtime regulations.
• Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Provide client training, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior consultants.
