Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking a Workplace Relations Coordinator to support workplace and payroll compliance across the organisation. Working with the Workplace Relations Project Specialist, you will assist with wage compliance reviews, enterprise agreement implementation, investigations, and employee relations matters.

You will coordinate projects, maintain records, conduct research, and support resolution of enquiries while ensuring compliance with legislation, modern awards and organisational

Qualifications

• Must have qualification in HR, Employee/IRO or related discipline.
• Exposure to Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and enterprise agreements.
• Experience in HR, legal services, administration, project coordination or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace relations activities and project administration.
• Support payroll compliance reviews and remediation via data validation and analysis.
• Maintain compliance records and audit evidence for wage audits and regulatory obligations.
• Assist governance and assurance activities including policy reviews and audit reporting.
• Coordinate right-to-work checks and contractor compliance processes.
• Support workplace relations projects through reporting and stakeholder communication.
