Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and face-to-face training sessions
• Facilitate learning activities for internal and external stakeholders
• Review, update and maintain training materials, guides and artefacts
• Assist with creation of training content, scripts and documentation
• Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders
• Translate policy and system information into user-friendly learning content
• Monitor learner feedback and identify improvement opportunities
