You will translate complex policy, regulatory and system changes into practical learning experiences, coordinate schedules and logistics, and develop accessible training

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops or capability development programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering learning in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Ability to simplify complex policy, legislation, business processes or system information.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and identifying improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training activities.
• Confidence working with subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, briefings and information sessions.
• Facilitate both face-to-face and virtual training.
• Translate complex policy, regulatory, operational and system changes into clear learning experiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, participant communications and supporting logistics.
• Develop clear and accessible training materials and learning content.
• Assess learner understanding and adapt your facilitation approach where required.
• Gather and analyse participant feedback to continuously improve training outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report on participation, engagement, feedback and capability outcomes.
