Job summary

You will plan, coordinate and deliver engaging training to internal staff and stakeholders, translating complex policy and ICT information into practical learning experiences.

• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver engaging training.
• Ability to translate complex policy/ICT information into clear learning.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led sessions and workshops.
• Experience with both virtual and face-to-face environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions, workshops and information sessions.
• Work with SMEs to understand policy, regulatory and system changes.
• Translate complex information into practical learning materials.
• Create inclusive and interactive learning environments.
• Coordinate training activities—scheduling, communications, attendance and logistics.
• Assess understanding and adapt facilitation approaches as needed.
• Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
