CAE in Homebush, NSW is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to edit training materials, technical reports, policies and customer deliverables for accuracy, grammar and quality. You will act as the final review gate before customer delivery, develop templates, style guides and writing standards, and provide QA oversight of courseware and publications to ensure language hygiene and content integrity.

This part-time, in-office role is hybrid/onsite (3 days per week) with potential domestic

Qualificações

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/22).
• Diploma in Vocational Education and Training (TAE50122).
• Minimum 5 years in training development.
• Experience in military aviation or naval environments.
• Understanding of ADF training policies (SADL).
• Experience with LMS and authoring tools.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance.
• Hybrid/onsite at Homebush NSW; 3 days in office.

Responsabilidades

• Review and edit training materials, technical reports, policies and customer deliverables for accuracy, grammar, style and quality.
• Act as the final review gate before customer delivery, ensuring documentation meets standards.
• Develop templates, style guides, and writing standards for consistency.
• Provide QA oversight of courseware and technical publications for language hygiene.
• Prepare lessons learned and writing best practice guidance for wide dissemination.
• Coach and mentor team members on technical writing and documentation standards.
