Job summary

Talent in Adelaide, SA, AU is seeking a Technology Program Coordinator to support the delivery of major technology programs. The role coordinates project activities, reporting, governance, RAID registers, procurement, vendor onboarding, resource planning and stakeholder engagement.

This position is ideal for an experienced coordinator with a strong IT project delivery background. This is a 12-month initial term engagement based in Adelaide with a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Industry experience providing administrative support for IT project delivery
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders including procurement
• Excellent teamwork and communication, verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate across IT disciplines
• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance
• Able to work onsite 3+ days/week

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the projects
• Produce program reports for senior stakeholders
• Manage workshops and activities logistics
• Provide administrative support to Technology Program/Project Managers including minute taking
• Collaborate to extract insights for reporting
• Maintain compliance with project methodologies and governance
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor onboarding
• Provide excellent administrative support and customer service
• Manage meetings and maintain documentation
• Foster relationships with stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery
• Learn to manage Sprints using Azure DevOps
• Oversee RAID registers and report risks, issues and dependencies
• Develop and distribute onboarding/learning materials for program resources
• Coordinate onboarding for new team members and vendors
• Assist capacity planning and resource allocation tracking
