Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Client Contract Officer Team across Newcastle and Unanderra. You will manage admissions, contracts and financial documentation while guiding a hybrid and remote workforce.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to deliver compassionate, accurate service for residents and families in aged care.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the residential aged care sector.
• Experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
• Experience in resident admissions, contractual documentation or financial processes.
• Knowledge of aged care regulatory requirements and Medicare subsidy claims.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Client Contract Officer team and Client Residential Support Officer.
• Oversee preparation, negotiation and issuance of Permanent Residential Aged Care Residency Agreements and related documentation.
• Ensure admissions documents are accurate, complete and finalised within regulatory timeframes.
• Support financial and contractual discussions with residents and their representatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen compliance.
• Monitor performance, workload and service standards across Newcastle and Unanderra.
