Job summary

Eight Mile Plains-based client, a leading Australian employer, seeks a detail-driven recruitment and onboarding co-ordinator to support high-volume onboarding, data integrity, and compliance. You’ll liaise with staff and managers, perform data entry, and action documentation through calls and email during peak periods.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with hybrid in-office and work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and data integrity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Screen high volumes of candidates during peak periods.
• Ensure onboarding docs and contracts are accurate; follow up via calls/emails.
• Perform data entry and compliance checks for new staff.
