Tacticall Recruitment – Eight Mile Plains QLD is recruiting for a casual/temporary recruitment support role to help manage high-volume screening and onboarding during a peak period.

The role offers hybrid in-office and work-from-home arrangements, with training onsite, and an hourly rate of $42.49 plus super. The assignment runs through to the end of November, with Monday to Friday hours and flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Prior recruitment or employment services experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry and compliance checks.

Aufgaben

• High-volume screening of potential new employees.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and contracts are accurate; follow up by calls/emails.
• Respond to requests from new staff and line managers during onboarding.
• Support additional recruitment tasks as needed.
