Job summary

Tacticall Recruitment – Eight Mile Plains QLD is recruiting for a casual/temporary recruitment support role to help manage high-volume screening and onboarding during a peak period.

The role offers hybrid in-office and work-from-home arrangements, with training onsite, and an hourly rate of $42.49 plus super. The assignment runs through to the end of November, with Monday to Friday hours and flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

This varied role will see you performing several diverse, but significant, tasks that support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members to provide an engaging employee experience while also ensuring the highest quality data integrity and compliance.

The role includes:

• High volume screening of potential new employees to meet peak business periods.
• Ensuring all onboarding documentation and contract details are accurate and actioning these through follow up calls and email and high volume data entry and compliance checking.
• Responding to requests for support from new staff and line managers as part of the onboarding process.
• While this role is primarily focused on the selection process, you may be asked to assist with other recruitment tasks based on capacity and business needs.

• Full time (38hours) temporary employment through to end of November.
• A fantastic work environment at Eight Mile Plains with onsite, secure parking.
• Rostered hours between 8:00am and 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility to meet your needs based on business needs and demand.
• A hybrid in office and work from home opportunity - however whilst in training you will 100% onsite.
• An attractive hourly rate of $42.49 per/hr plus super.

What you will bring to the role

• Prior recruitment or employment services experience or similar highly desirable.
• High levels of self-motivation and flexibility to move between varied tasks.
• The recognition that even some of the most repetitive tasks can be mission critical and affect an employee's experience and be willing to engage in these tasks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google Suite, (or MS Office), Success Factors and Zoom would be beneficial but not essential.
• A great team player who enjoys supporting others and be part of a large group working towards a common goal.
• When working from home our client will provide most equipment but having your own monitor to use will be helpful and a strong, reliable internet connect is essential.
• The ability to work in a structed environment and commit to the entire temp assignment.
