Job summary

City of Greater Geelong is seeking a role to lead the ongoing improvement of the City Services asset maintenance and management system, supporting road infrastructure, parks and open space operations. You will analyse business processes, coordinate user testing, develop performance reporting, and deliver system improvements that boost operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of computerised asset maintenance and management systems and procedures.
• Experience with data collection and creating performance reports from system data.
• Proven project management experience delivering technology solutions.
• Ability to propose and implement business improvements and maintenance procedures.
• Strong planning, organizing and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
• National Police Check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing improvement of the asset maintenance and management system for City Services.
• Analyse business processes, coordinate user testing, develop performance reporting, and deliver system improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technicians and managers to provide data and performance information.
• Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements and implement system solutions and business improvements.
• Ensure service levels are incorporated into the system for data mining readiness.
• Collate and analyse information and develop reports to measure field operations performance.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to Supervisors and field staff and support implementation of technology solutions.
