Job summary

Yarra City Council is seeking a Service Design and Improvement Analyst to support review and future design of service and processes. You will analyse end-to-end delivery, identify improvement opportunities and propose practical recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will work with the Business Transformation Branch to drive transformation initiatives, support implementation and transition to business-as-usual with a focus on service planning and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and improving service delivery processes.
• Ability to interpret service performance data and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and facilitating discussions across multiple teams.
• Strong written communication, including reports, process docs and briefs.
• Knowledge of business systems and process improvement methodologies.

• Benchmark performance and develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
