Job summary

Eaton Australia in Sydney is seeking a Service Product Planner & Coordinator to manage spare parts stock, PPE, and tools across the PQ division, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely replenishment. You will coordinate with SCM, warehouse, product managers and service teams, perform cycle counts, and maintain KPI reporting while supporting a hybrid work environment.

Experience in UPS services or supply chain roles and familiarity with Salesforce/SAP are valued; tertiary qualifications in

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator, coordinator or in supply chain management for UPS services.
• tertiary qualification in business management, logistics or related discipline.
• Salesforce or SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SCM, warehouse, product managers and service teams to ensure stock accuracy.
• Oversee spare parts management and replenishment per business requirements.
• Provide forecasts to SCM for spare part ordering.
• Manage spare part needs by state based on install base and contracts.
• Maintain KPI reporting for spare parts, PPE and tools.
