Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager to guide product teams from ideation to deployment. You will drive the full software development lifecycle, foster collaboration among development, QA, and product teams, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software project management, strong Agile expertise, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA testers to ensure successful product delivery.
