You will guide solution architecture, manage vendor and internal delivery teams, and oversee complex rollouts across enterprise systems such as Workday and Salesforce.

The role requires 10+ years ICT experience and 3+ years in end-to-end PM, with strong stakeholder engagement at C-suite level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ICT experience from a senior full stack Microsoft development background.
• 3+ years of direct end-to-end project management delivering software and enterprise apps.
• Proven capability managing vendor relationships and presenting roadmaps to C-suite.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, data engineering alignment, and RAID governance.
• Experience with Workday or large-scale HCM systems is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for software development and architecture.
• Lead end-to-end software delivery and establish DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Manage non-software ICT projects across full lifecycle including budgets and RAID logs.
• Engage business stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to ensure governance and alignment.
