Job summary

Better Staff in Sydney seeks a technically strong Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of complex technology projects for enterprise clients. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and spans pre-sales through to delivery and handover.

You will work across major financial services engagements while also running smaller projects, contributing to pre-sales, scoping and professional services in a smaller MSP setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within MSP/IT services.
• Experience delivering projects for enterprise clients with senior stakeholders.
• Solid technical grounding in infrastructure, cloud, M365, networking or security.
• Ability to manage one large engagement alongside smaller projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects from scoping to go-live.
• Act as delivery lead for a major enterprise client with senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and timelines.
• Translate requirements into clear project plans with milestones and risks.
• Coordinate engineers, vendors and client teams to stay on track and budget.
• Provide clear reporting and escalate risks early.
• Support pre-sales: discovery, scoping and proposals.
