Job summary

Expertech in Sydney seeks an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure services. You will lead large-scale Data Centre migrations, cloud and hybrid initiatives, and transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to achieve delivery excellence.

The role requires 12+ years in infrastructure services, 5+ years leading delivery teams, and strong governance and security focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure services.
Manage infrastructure operations across compute, storage, backup, virtualization, network, security, monitoring, and workplace services.
Drive service excellence aligned to SLAs, KPIs, availability, and performance targets.
Establish delivery governance, executive reporting, risk management, and continual service improvement frameworks.
Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams to meet customer objectives.
Lead large-scale Data Centre migration programs from planning through post-migration stabilization.
Develop migration strategies for physical, virtual, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Oversee migration assessments, architecture reviews, planning workshops, runbooks, cutover, and hypercare.
Collaborate with architects, security teams, and vendors to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
