Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage A$10 million+ projects for Tier-1 clients.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across C-suite to vendor levels.
• Demonstrated leadership with a track record of mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Run flagship projects on time, on budget, and to agreed quality.
• Unite stakeholders around a transparent roadmap and measurable KPIs.
• Maintain crystal-clear status with live dashboards and proactive communication.
• Coach junior PMs and share playbook improvements for continuous uplift.
• Deliver with flexible methods: waterfall, agile, or hybrid as needed.
• Stay calm under pressure to keep schedules intact when curveballs arise.
