TPG Telecom is seeking a Senior Manager of Cyber Security Engineering to lead and scale our security engineering team. You will own the technical direction of security platforms, driving automation, resilience, and rapid incident response across cloud, network, and data protection domains.

You will mentor engineers, align roadmaps with business priorities and regulatory requirements, and partner with Network, Cloud & Security teams to mature overall security posture.

Formación

• 8+ years in Information Security with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Deep hands-on background in security engineering, cloud platforms, and network security.
• Experience with security automation, CI/CD/DevSecOps, and modern security tooling.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Benchmarks, and Zero Trust.
