TPG Telecom is seeking a Senior Manager of Cyber Security Architecture to lead the design and governance of enterprise security architecture across multi-cloud environments, modern infrastructure, and business applications.

You will architect security patterns (Zero Trust, Defense-in-Depth), guide a team of security architects, and partner with executive leadership to align security strategy with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 10+ years in Information Security and IT Architecture.
• 3+ years in a senior architecture leadership or manager role.
• Experience designing enterprise security solutions across multi-cloud, hybrid infrastructure, Zero Trust, IAM, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on threat modeling, design risk assessments, and vulnerability architecture reviews.
• Executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ownership of security design, patterns & blueprints.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Cyber Security Architects.
• Establish and maintain the Enterprise Cyber Security Architecture framework and reference architectures.
• Represent security in Architecture Review Board (ARB) for major designs and acquisitions.
• Align security strategy with business transformation, digital innovation, and compliance requirements.
