Job summary

Paxus is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives in a hybrid Sydney CBD setup. You will drive security controls across DevSecOps pipelines, software supply chain security, and IAM, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and within scope.

You will oversee scoping, business cases, funding approvals, testing and handover, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT or technology project management experience, with at least 6 years delivering cybersecurity projects.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to handover.
• Strong knowledge of IAM including SSO, PAM, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from scoping to handover.
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Manage IAM programs including access controls and identity security.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Provide governance reporting and stakeholder updates.
