TPG Telecom is seeking a Head of Data Engineering to lead the consolidated data engineering and ML engineering capability across IT and the data analytics CoE. You will drive design, build, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise data platforms, pipelines and data products to support operations, analytics, reporting and AI delivery.

• Leadership experience directing enterprise data engineering and ML teams.
• Experience consolidating teams, practices or platforms and implementing operating models.
• Strong cloud data platform design, data ingestion, transformation and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, build and operation of enterprise-scale data pipelines and products.
• Define data engineering strategy, roadmap and operating model for the org.
• Establish standards for data ingestion, transformation, lineage, observability and security.
• Manage budgets, suppliers and delivery partners within agreed constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement using performance, incidents and stakeholder insights.
