The Social Services Regulator in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a major HRIS transformation, focusing on preparing, cleansing and migrating HR data into Workday. You will work with HR, payroll and tech teams to ensure data is accurate and ready for migration, influencing data governance and project success.

Role requires 7+ years in data analysis, solid Workday/HR data experience, and strong Excel/SQL skills.

Formación

• 7+ years in data analysis, data migration or business analysis.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end HRIS or ERP data migration.
• Strong Workday and/or complex HR/payroll data experience is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel and SQL for data manipulation and validation.
• Ability to map data, understand data quality and relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, profile and cleanse HR and payroll data across multiple source systems.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules for Workday.
• Identify data gaps, resolve quality issues and validate datasets prior to migration.
• Support Workday data loads, mock conversions, reconciliation, UAT and payroll testing.
• Assist with cutover planning, data validation and post-implementation support.
