Job summary

Allura Partners is seeking a Workday Data Lead for a permanent, Australia-wide transformation. You will own the data workstream across source extraction, migration, transformation, validation and cutover in a lean, senior-stakeholder setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data workstreams on a Workday implementation, ideally across HCM, Payroll and Finance end to end.
• Strong technical grounding in data migration and ETL.
• Confidence communicating data concepts to senior, non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy and migration plan for the Workday implementation, from source extraction through to mapping, transformation, validation and cutover.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to inform data decisions.
• Partner with the Systems Integrator to clarify Workday field requirements while retaining accountability for the work.
• Hands-on work across the data workstream in a lean team.
