Job summary

Data#3 is seeking a Customer Support Representative in a full-time hybrid role based in Perth. You will provide day-to-day administration, quoting, ordering, and customer support to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience across our end-user compute portfolio.

In this role you will collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, vendors and internal teams to drive accuracy, timeliness and process improvements while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in quoting, ordering, customer support, sales administration, or similar operational roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer support to Account Managers and Account Executives
• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and sales proposals within agreed timeframes
• Respond to customer queries, orders, and backorder escalations in a timely manner
• Support order fulfilment, returns, logistics, tender submissions, reporting, and process improvements
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
