Job summary

Atlas Copco in Brisbane is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain, service and repair air compressors and equipment across customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and complete on-site upgrades with strong customer service.

The role offers a hybrid arrangement between remote and on-site work at our Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD branch, with company vehicle, training through the Atlas Copco Training Academy, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in mechanical field (e.g., Mechanical Fitter or Diesel Mechanic).
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Hands-on approach and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to work autonomously and manage daily tasks.
• Current Australian driver's licence and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on our equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing on-site repairs, upgrades and equipment commissioning
• Providing technical support and exceptional service to customers
• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate service records
