Job summary

Glenvill Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our Greenfields and Inner Urban teams in Docklands. You will handle admin tasks, maintain client databases, and coordinate information between Sales, Operations and Construction while delivering exceptional service.

With 1–2 years in residential construction administration and experience in ClickHome and HubSpot, you will thrive in a busy, collaborative environment. Hybrid work from our Docklands office is available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in residential construction administration.
• Experience using ClickHome within a residential building environment.
• Prior exposure to HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience in a volume builder and/or land sales is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Greenfields and Inner Urban sales teams.
• Maintain customer information, databases and internal systems accurately.
• Assist with sales administration, reporting, documentation and correspondence.
• Manage incoming enquiries from clients, land developers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate information between Sales, Operations and Construction teams.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Support managers and wider business functions with admin tasks as required.
• Help maintain an organised, efficient and professional sales office.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of a busy and growing sales team.
• Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners.
