Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with multi-tasking capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in building/construction knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customer expectations and provide regular status updates on homes.
• Communicate between clients and site personnel to relay feedback and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer files, contracts, variations and required documents.
• Create workflows and complete tasks as they arise.
• Provide documentation including compliance certificates to Building Surveyor.
• Coordinate inspections with site managers at build milestones.
• Coordinate installation of gas lines/meters and disconnections with providers.
• Ensure client details are accurate in the database and manage settlement packs.
