Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Project Coordinator to join our hybrid Sydney team, supporting cross‑organisation initiatives with project partners and stakeholders. You will coordinate plans, track milestones, manage communications, and contribute to safety system improvements, SharePoint resources, and reporting.

You’ll bring proven experience in project coordination or business support within safety or complex settings, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration or business support in safety or similar environments.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project plans, milestones and activities across Safety & Wellbeing initiatives.
• Monitor progress and support on-time delivery of milestones and outcomes.
• Design and manage SharePoint pages with clear safety information.
• Support incident data review, reporting, and insights.
• Coordinate team communications and manage shared inboxes.
