Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking an experienced Application Operations/Support professional to manage incidents, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across SaaS applications. The role covers the full lifecycle from requirements through testing and BAU transition.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/IS degree, has 5+ years’ experience, and can work effectively across IT and business audiences. A hybrid working model is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an application operations or support role across a mix of off-the-shelf and governed SaaS applications.
• Experience working with vendors and business stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver changes and clarify requirements.
• Experience in requirements analysis and documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT.
• Experience contributing to or leading vendor selection and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incidents, problems and service requests, triaging, prioritising and resolving them in line with SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders and IT teams to diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Monitor application availability and maintain support documentation and CMDB records.
• Contribute to Change Requests, and support transition of changes into BAU.
• Gather, analyze and document requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
