Job summary

Carehero, a leading Australian disability care provider, is seeking a qualified nurse with administrative flair for a hybrid Brisbane-based role. You will balance roster management, client visits, and care plan development from home and in the field.

Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will support staff, improve processes, and help ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Background in the disability field as a carer or administrator.
• Registered Nurse looking to work business hours.
• Strong customer service focus and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Excellent administrative skills including Microsoft Office and mobile tech.

Responsibilities

• Roster management and liaising with both clients and staff with a strong focus on customer service.
• Reviewing and developing Care Plans and utilising your Registered Nurse qualification in a white-collar capacity
• Fill emergency shifts through our industry leading roster system
• Recruitment including advertising, screening, and interviewing new staff.
• Providing guidance, advise and support to our field employees (Support Workers and Nurses).
• Ensuring a high level of client and candidate compliance
