Job summary

TPG Telecom is seeking a Risk & Compliance Assurance Manager to lead the design, embedment and governance of operational risk and compliance frameworks across Customer Care. You will partner with offshore teams and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to obligations and drive risk-based improvements.

Responsibilities include leading assurance programs, monitoring results, and mentoring the team to build capability, with a hybrid working model and a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Translate compliance requirements into measurable controls and scorecards.
• Understand legislative and regulatory obligations for customer-facing and operational teams.
• Communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels, via reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of risk and compliance assurance frameworks for Customer Care.
• Monitor adherence to processes and external obligations; identify gaps and improvements.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and internal governance, risk and audit functions.
• Provide independent SME advice to improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Lead assurance programs and quarterly reviews aligned to obligations.
