Job summary

PVH Brands Australia in Sydney is seeking an Allocator to support purchasing, planning and inventory across Calvin Klein retail stores, focusing on allocations and replenishment.

Based at head office, the role is full-time hybrid, combining home and office work weekly, with a fixed term contract ending 30 April 2027.

You will process orders, monitor stock, analyze sales, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining data accuracy and strong store communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail buying/planning team.
• 1–2 years allocations experience.
• Proficiency with ERP and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and replenishment allocation to stores.
• Sales analysis and stock reports.
• Store communications and deliveries monitoring.
• System maintenance across multiple platforms.
• Admin tasks and promotional calendar updates.
