Job summary

Rebel, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking three Product Allocators to manage stock flow and optimise inventory across its Sydney operations. You’ll use data insights to ensure products are in the right stores and fulfil online demand, while supporting category performance and profitability.

Based in our Rhodes office with a hybrid work arrangement, you’ll contribute to a dynamic merchandise team across footwear, cricket and home training gear, bringing strong data skills and a proactive

Qualifications

• Strong Excel capabilities are essential for this role.
• Hands-on understanding of store operations and drivers of performance.
• Experience allocating inventory to meet customer demand and optimise stock flow.
• Tertiary study in Category Management or Finance is desirable but not essential.
• Independent, proactive and capable of juggling multiple categories.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory allocation using allocation tools to distribute stock across stores and distribution centres.
• Drive commercial performance by managing stock flow and monitoring product performance.
• Collaborate with managers, planners, supply chain and store teams to balance stock levels.
• Optimise aged and seasonal inventory and reduce overstock or markdown risk.
• Maintain master data accuracy for inventory and product information.
• Share insights and recommendations to drive smarter decisions.
