Zusammenfassung

PVH is seeking an organised purchasing and planning administrator to support allocations and replenishment for Calvin Klein retail stores. You will process replenishment orders, maintain data, and ensure timely deliveries to stores.

Based at our Head Office in the CBD, this full-time hybrid role combines home and office work weekly. The position is a fixed-term contract ending 30 April 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar role supporting a retail buying and/or planning team within the retail apparel industry.
• 1-2 years demonstrated allocations experience.
• Experience using Epicor, SAP, MapleLake and/or Qlikview preferred.

Aufgaben

• Order processing - maintaining data, creation and allocation of replenishment orders and daily maintenance of stock to stores
• Sales analysis - identify markdowns, store transfers, margin management and prepare stock on hand reports, including recommendations
• Store communication - monitor deliveries, stock requests and respond to store queries and communications
• System maintenance across multiple systems ensuring all changes are correct and up to date
• Admin duties - updating the promotional calendar and communications, ad hoc reporting/tasks as required
